大热天的走过去的，也不知道能不能停车，去的时候大概是下午吧，值得一说的是，去银行之前，真的打了2次的咨询电话，说实话，电话里面的服务态度是真的很好。然后再说说其他的，下午的时候差不多到时间开始办理业务，然后我办的很快，很专业

最近准备出国，预约取外汇，银行顾客不多，店面也不大。环境比较明亮。过去，去工商银行取钱，感到服务态度感到一般，人员老化。这次去这家工商银行，年轻人居多，服务态度也比较热情主动，我这次办事也比较多，取外汇，注销2张卡，开通一张卡，比较繁烦。但柜台小姐姐，很有耐心，态度和蔼，认真仔细，一件件给我办妥。
