路过，打卡，拍照，顺便做点评任务。凯润金城，东宝兴路四川北路上的小区，裙房部分现在是商场，可惜人气不旺，我记得里头有家卖小笼包的店倒是还可以。小区两栋楼，都是高层，里面没去过，进出大门两处，都是在东宝兴路上。

再不写评价我的VIP就掉了没得办法啊这是上海虹口区东宝兴路地铁站附近平均房价8万一平米附近有喜茶肯德基。烤肉店一点点巴黎春天楼下就是公交车站社区阿姨也很好送菜来附近也有罗森。咖啡店距离10号线15分半钟走路哦对了。还是盒区房
